Practical information

RedoxFlow2020 will be organized with ZOOM. Please check that everything is fine on the computer you use regarding the access to the conference with this platform.

For both days, the conference will start at 10 am. The room will be opened from 9 am. We will check the entrance to the room using the list of registered participants. The room will be opened the all day. If possible, stay in the room during the all day, so that we limit the time dedicated to checking.

A mail will be sent to the participants with the links for connection.

We strongly recommend the presenters to test their microphone, camera and the sharing of their presentation before the session starts and during the breaks.

There will be no poster presentation, it has been replaced by flash presentations.

During the conference, we request all microphone and camera to be switch off, except the one from the presenter.

We invite the audience to formulate their questions in the chat or to indicate you wish to ask a question by writing a “Q” or “?”. The chairman will distribute the speech time. When asking your question, please switch on your microphone and camera. And after, switch rapidly everything off.

Invited talks last about 40 min and 5 min questions.

Accepted talks last about 15 min and 3 min questions.

Flash presentations last about 5 min, including possibly a question if the schedule allows it.
